D&S Camshaft Corporation has been involved in the general aviation business for 15 years. Formerly D&S Aircraft Tool & Products and Camshaft Corporation, we merged to become D&S Cam Corp. in 1998. Our continuing expansion has allowed us to be a full-service aircraft engine component shop as well as a contract manufacturer of replacement parts. The unique position of manufacturing many of the components that we overhaul allows us to have a detailed knowledge of the design and engineering involved in aircraft engines. This experience, combined with dedicated and knowledgeable staff, gives us the ability to provide service and quality second to none. We overhaul camshafts, lifters, crankshafts, connecting rods, counterweights, and all other internal engine components for Lycoming and Continental engines. We also provide magnaflux and ultrasonic inspection services. We have a complete line of tools to make engine overhaul easier·.all with lifetime warrantees. We are manufacturers of engine components with capabilities ranging from CNC turning to tube bending and forming. All customers are different. We provide individual service and are always willing to help with your questions. Many of our component overhaul services can be completed next day with no additional charge. |
