to the D&S Camshaft Corporation Repair Station and production
facility. We are located on Massey Ranch Airpark in Edgewater,
Florida. Visitors are welcome to drive or fly in for a closer look
at our operations.

Shipping and Receiving Warehouse
|
This is our
shipping and receiving warehouse. All parts that are shipped to us
for service are processed here. We also store raw materials and
stage production parts for our many manufacturing processes.

You are looking at our camshaft
grinding line. The operation in the foreground is for rough
grinding with finishing operations located behind it. This is
where we produce new parts as well as perform regrind services.
This line is located adjacent to many of the other Repair Station
operations.

Tube Product Department
|
This is a
partial view of the tube product production area focusing on our
new tube-processing cell. This is where many of our tubular
products begin to take shape. Operations such as CNC machining,
production cutting, forming, deburring, and tumbling are performed
in this department.

| This is a
close-up picture of our new tube-processing cell. This cell
contains a computer controlled mandrel tube bender, a
high-production tube end forming machine, and all necessary
measuring fixtures and equipment.

Tube Product Assembly and Inspection
|
Thousands
of tube products are processed every month in this assembly and
inspection room. This clean, climate-controlled environment is
where final assembly, marking, inspection, and special packaging
are performed. This is the last stop for tubular parts and
components before they are shipped to our many customers.
