Corporation is a contract manufacturer of many aircraft
engine parts for customers like Superior Air Parts, Engine
Components, Ram Aircraft, and Air Support International. We
produce thousands of tubular parts and internal engine
components each month. Aircraft engines and parts are our
business.
Because of the relatively
small (compared with automotive) production volumes
associated with aircraft parts, all D&S personnel are
cross-trained to perform many tasks and operate several
machines. This enables us to competitively produce these
small volumes and remain ãaircraft only.ä
Our manufacturing system is
driven on continuous process improvement and flexibility.
This can be seen in our recent addition of a manufacturing
cell consisting of computer-controlled mandrel tube bending
and high production tube end-forming and swaging. This will
be used to increase our production capacity of tubular
aircraft products and provide capability for new projects.
We are currently building specialized equipment to further
enhance our productivity.
Our manufacturing
capabilities include CNC turning of small parts, cylindrical
grinding, tubular assemblies, tube bending and forming,
fabrication, and complete machining. If you have a need for
